Summary of Job Description:
Brand Manager for Marketing team.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and manage bestinclass marketing programs to ensure successful market share growth and product sales increase for shortterm and longterm.
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement our strategy
- Identify new opportunities and ways to better meet customers needs for shortterm and long term
- Develop marketing strategy with various stakeholders (in English and Japanese)
- Support senior brand manager for product portfolios and product life cycle plans
- Manage to the promotional budget with the senior brand manager
- Work collaboratively with other functions (medical sales and other marketing team etc.) within the company to facilitate implementation of commercial and medical programs for the products
- Communicate brand strategy to sales force clearly for flawless implementation
- Participate in global and IntercontinentalJapan Asia Pacific regional conferences and congresses.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Relevant experience with proven track record of success in marketing within biotech/ pharmaceutical industry on multiple brands and within multiple team constellations
- Ability to translate strategies into actionable and realistic marketing actions
- Ability to lead motivate and coordinate cross functional teams
- Proven track record of successful leadership management and coaching of teams and individuals and in having developed talent and performance managed low performers
- Solid working knowledge of healthcare environment and evolving landscape
- Solid knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing principles and techniques including digital knowledge
- Solid knowledge on finance principles and processes and English language proficiency verbally and in writing (for all nonEnglish speaking countries)
- Preferred:
Marketing track record of success within FMCG Media and/or Digital/IT industry
Sales track record of success within biotech/pharmaceutical or any other industry
