This position is the IVD Child Support Case Management customer service process and technology expert. This position is directly responsible for developing queries and reports to identify proper utilization of resources and technology. This position analyzes and evaluates the performance data for the customer service aspects of the Operations Case Management Division including production metrics and quality assurance monitoring. This position is responsible for ensuring that the greatest efficiency is derived from all system and process enhancements. This position serves in a leadership role to a small group of highly skilled and experienced child support professionals providing guidance and direction for their projects under the supervision of the Departmental Manager.

Required Education and Experience
Education
Possession of a bachelors degree in any major.

Four years of professional experience including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.Additional Requirements and Information
The physical location of this position is Lansing/Remote. Based on operational needs and within established limits remote work and alternate or hybrid work schedule requests for this position may be considered.
Selected candidates who have been approved to work remotely or a hybrid schedule must complete that work within Michigan. Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview.
