Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is seeking an organized and detailoriented Administrative Professional to join our team. In this role you will provide administrative and clerical support to program staff supervisors and stakeholders.
As an Administrative Professional 2 you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data and file maintenance reporting data entry and document preparation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy will be important in ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures. You will also serve as a resource for lowerlevel staff providing guidance and support in handling complex tasks and scenarios.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will interact with internal staff supervisors external customers and vendors as well as an ability to handle sensitive inquiries and maintain confidentiality. Additionally you will perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings coordinating appointments monitoring communication channels and preparing correspondence.

Division Overview:
OODs Division of Policy & Partnerships (DPP) helps the agency navigate our growing partnership landscape effectively while adhering to policies and regulations that govern our work. The division is responsible for leading efforts related to Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) policies training providers interagency partnerships the federal Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) and Ohios OOD Council.
