Job Description
Korzen Health is working with one of the largest Behavioral Healthcare Groups in the area! We are looking to hire a boardcertified or boardeligible Psychiatrist.
Iredell Davis Behavioral Health has 42 inpatient psychiatric beds (3 adult units) and provides a muchneeded service throughout North Carolina and the country. In 2022 68 counties in North Carolina admitted patients to Davis for behavioral health needs.
The rate for the weekend is $3000 please apply and inquire for PT/Moonlighting rates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality psychiatric care to adult and geriatric inpatients
- Collaborate closely with a team of skilled midlevel providers
- Conduct evaluations medication management and treatment planning
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans
- Ensure documentation and care standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
- Valid medical license in the state of North Carolina
- Experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred especially in adult and geriatric care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a supportive collaborative environment
