Job Description
This outpatient physical therapist position requires a minimum of three years of experience with a preference for neurology experience. The role focuses on treating patients with vestibular and balance disorders in addition to standard neurological diagnoses. The caseload consists of approximately 40 patients with a maximum of 8-9 patients per day primarily in 45-minute sessions. First-time travelers with three years of experience are welcome.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40 patients.
- Current Physical Therapist license.
- Experience treating patients with neurological conditions.
- Experience treating patients with vestibular and balance disorders (preferred).
- Experience treating higher-level patients than those typically found in skilled nursing facilities.
- No on-call requirements.
- No floating between units.
- Block scheduling may be possible at the managers discretion.
- First-time travelers are accepted with three years of experience.
- Maximum of 8-9 patients per day.
- Free parking.
- Schedule determined by manager.
- Facility allows for one call-off per two-week pay period.
