Job Summary
Seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager or CSRto join the team as we continue to experience rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts from AZ with a focus on new and renewal business.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65000 $75000
- Benefits: 100% medical coverage for employee and immediate family dental vision Life insurance ($50K) AD&D LTD/STD
- 401k: Available after 6 months
- Remote Work: Hybrid work arrangement with the option for fully remote work for exceptional candidates
- Travel: Not required
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts from AZ handling both new and renewal business
- Collaborate with a team of 5 department employees
- Conduct daily responsibilities related to account management
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2 years of experience in account management
- Required licensure/designations
- Experience with generalist accounts up to $100K
- Proven ability to handle all aspects of account management
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or fully remote capacity
