Position Overview
A leading managed care organization is seeking a motivated and relationshipdriven Provider Network Business Development Representative to support the expansion of its national provider network. This remote role is responsible for engaging physicians clinics and healthcare organizations to educate them on the advantages of joining the organizations provider network.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a consultative outreach environment and play a vital role in strengthening access to quality care across Medicaid Medicare and Marketplace lines of business.
This is a full remote position. OTE over $150000
Key Responsibilities
Conduct targeted outreach via phone email and virtual meetings to physicians practice managers and clinical decisionmakers
Present the organizations value proposition highlighting network participation benefits and patient care opportunities
Identify and manage a pipeline of provider prospects in designated geographic areas and specialties
Collaborate with contracting and credentialing teams to ensure a seamless provider onboarding process
Maintain detailed tracking of outreach activities statuses and engagement in CRM or designated systems
Coordinate with internal network development and provider services teams to align outreach with regional network goals
Share market feedback and help refine outreach strategies and messaging
Meet established performance goals related to outreach volume conversions and engagement
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Health Administration or related field (preferred)
2 years of experience in healthcare sales provider relations recruiting or business development
Familiarity with managed care Medicaid Medicare or commercial health plan operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with providers and administrators
Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying accountable to team objectives
