We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Configuration Specialist to lead configuration and sustainment of Oracle ERP modules in support of the U.S. Marine Corps. This role involves analyzing business needs implementing RICECPW changes and ensuring system integrity across environments. Ideal candidates bring deep Oracle EBS expertise Agile experience and a passion for missioncritical ERP delivery.

Required Skills

Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field
710 years of experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS)
Deep expertise in configuring and maintaining Oracle EBS RICECPW components
Experience leading configuration efforts in Agile/DevSecOps environments
Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture workflows and integration points
Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity STIG compliance and audit readiness. Leadership experience managing teams and driving technical outcomes.

Desired Skills

Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Grid Infrastructure
Knowledge of Oracle Real Application Clustering (RAC) Oracle Enterprise Manager and OUM methodology
Experience with Agile tools (JIRA GitLab HP ALM) and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Marine Corps logistics supply chain or maintenance processes

$135000 $144000 a year

At Significance your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation including but not limited to experience; jobrelated skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
