As an Environmental Services Technician youll be a key player in creating a welcoming sanitized and safe space for our members staff and guestsso they can focus on their fitness goals while you take care of the details behind the scenes.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: 1 year in environmental services hospitality or fitness setting (preferred)

  • Skills: Selfmotivated organized and able to multitask with attention to detail

  • Communication: Friendly and professional with staff and gym members

  • Languages: Proficiency in English required; ability to follow written and verbal directions

  • Knowledge: Familiar with safe use of cleaning equipment and products (preferred)

  • Professionalism: Respectful and discreet when dealing with members and private spaces

  • Certification: CPR may be required depending on assigned duties

What Youll Do

  • Clean and sanitize gym equipment locker rooms restrooms and shared spaces

  • Restock supplies (towels sanitizer soap etc.) throughout the facility

  • Respond to radio calls and pages promptly and professionally

  • Follow infection control standards and maintain a safe hygienic environment

  • Use commercialgrade cleaning equipment and chemicals appropriately

  • Work independently and identify tasks that need attention without being asked

  • Safeguard member privacy and respond to concerns with tact and professionalism

  • Maintain equipment and supplies safely and report any issues as needed

Shift:

Variable 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: PRN Variable Scheduled as needed

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

PRN positions (also referred to as Casual As Needed or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods employee absences and vacations making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additionally they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours offering extra compensation based on departmentspecific scheduling needs.Pay rates and scheduling practices may vary by department.
