Remote Customer Care with an Ecommerce Corporation (Dutch Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Portugal! Youve got to be located in Portugal.
Salary is EUR 1359 per month gross with bonuses
Your Role
Join an international team where youll provide outstanding customer service. Your daytoday work will involve assisting customers answering their questions and offering helpful information to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

Your Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries efficiently within specified timeframes;

Support customers by identifying solutions through troubleshooting;

Recognize potential escalations and manage them appropriately following set procedures;

Work closely with backoffice teams and other departments to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
Your Profile

You have excellent Dutch language skills both written and spoken;

You are confident using MS Office programs;

You have completed at least prevocational secondary education (VMBO);

You are enthusiastic about working with people and have outstanding communication skills;

You are professional cooperative and a strong team player;

You bring an international outlook to your work;

You are open to relocating to Portugal;

Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
