Your Role
As a Customer Care Specialist for Beauty Products youll:

Deliver toptier service to customers and guests

Share expert advice and answer questions across channels including phone email chat and social media

Represent and promote luxury beauty brands with confidence and professionalism

Support customers through the full experienceplacing orders resolving queries and offering product insights

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Know when to escalate complex issues and demonstrate awareness of brand reputation
Your Profile

Fluent in French with solid English skills (minimum B2)

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Previous experience in customer service or sales ideally in a contact center

Natural problem solver with a positive flexible attitude

Team player with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
