Office Location is Av. Dom Joo IILisboa Portugal

Salary is EUR 1251 per month gross with bonuses

Your Role
As a Customer Care Specialist for Beauty Products youll:

  • Deliver toptier service to customers and guests

  • Share expert advice and answer questions across channels including phone email chat and social media

  • Represent and promote luxury beauty brands with confidence and professionalism

  • Support customers through the full experienceplacing orders resolving queries and offering product insights

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences

  • Know when to escalate complex issues and demonstrate awareness of brand reputation

Your Profile

  • Fluent in French with solid English skills (minimum B2)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales ideally in a contact center

  • Natural problem solver with a positive flexible attitude

  • Team player with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
