Office Location is Av. MediterrneoLisboa Portugal
Salary is EUR 1000 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 100 per month growth with 12 bonuses per year

What Youll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative you will:

Respond to incoming customer requests and document key case details

Deliver outstanding service by assisting with PreSales General Inquiries and Technical Support through various channels

Resolve issues directly or escalate cases to higherlevel support as needed

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient problem resolution
