End User Support aim to offer firstclass support to all Euroclear users. Our support covers all workplace services from delivering end user hardware (laptops phones ) to helpdesk and advanced support for more complex issues.
In that context we are driving a series of continuous improvement initiatives and small projects.
We are looking for a driven and dedicated person with IT Operations and project experience eager to learn.
Key responsibilities:
- Technical analysis of improvements using ServiceNow data Nexthink and any other appropriate tool
- Coordination of the improvement initiatives and their implementation
- Management of several improvement initiatives in parallel
- Identifying resolving or escalation of issues to ensure progress as planned.
- Performing analysis on specific segments of the service to improve it
- Collaboration with other IT teams
- Autonomous management and ownership in managing own small projects
- Assisting in documenting processes and creation of documentation and operating procedures.

- Experience in working in an Agile environment is a plus
- Knowledge of Kanban boards (Azure DevOps TFS) is a plus
