You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven TeleSales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients promoting real estate projects and closing sales. If you have a passion for sales excellent communication skills and experience in the real estate industry we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell real estate projects.
Identify and understand customer needs interests and requirements to offer the most suitable property options.
Provide accurate and detailed information about available properties including pricing location amenities and payment plans.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with interested clients.
Achieve and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain records of calls client interactions and sales conversions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution and feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate telesales or a similar role in the real estate industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
