Job description
- Execution and supervision of multiple projects from conception to completion (appartment restaurants)
- Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site
- Ensure quality construction standards and usage of proper HSSE construction techniques
- Ensure that any changes in project plan is executed by contractors
- Ensure that projects are completed within planned cost and time
- Selection of project tool material and equipment and track inventory
- Keep accurate records of material and labor costs incurred in the construction process
- Identify potential problems at the site and resolve any emerging ones
- Maintain good relationship with site workers contractors and suppliers
- Project Reporting
- knowledge of bill of quantities & estimation
