You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur client a leading logistics company is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their team in Corniche Al Mazraa Lebanon. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales enhancing client relationships and contributing to the companys growth in the eCommerce and delivery sectors.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new business and increase client engagement in the eCommerce logistics space.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential B2B clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Oversee customer service operations ensuring a highquality client experience and swift resolution of issues.
Collaborate with the management team to set targets business objectives and sales goals.
Implement and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions and improve engagement.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance service offerings.
Lead sales initiatives including promotions and partnership collaborations to expand the companys reach.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and customer expectations.
Provide regular reports on sales performance customer feedback and operational efficiency to the management team.
Monitor logistics operations to ensure a seamless client experience assisting with front desk duties when necessary.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities.
Fluency in English and Arabic .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong communication negotiation and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
Passion for logistics and eCommerce is an advantage.
Full Time
