Job description:
Senior QA Automation Specialist Redaptive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Automation Specialist with expertise in open source testing tools to join our clients technology team. This critical role will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and strategies across our diverse application landscape including Salesforce NetSuite Microsoft 365 and custombuilt applications. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality reliability and performance of our systems while collaborating closely with delivery teams to drive continuous improvement in our quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities:
Test Automation Strategy & Framework Development:
- Design develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks using open source tools for web API and UI testing
- Architect scalable and maintainable test solutions that support our diverse application landscape
- Implement best practices for test automation including code reusability maintainability and reporting
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to testing methodologies and frameworks
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in test automation and quality assurance
Test Implementation & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive automated test suites across Salesforce NetSuite Microsoft 365 and custom applications
- Design and implement endtoend integration and systemlevel automated tests
- Create datadriven test scenarios that thoroughly validate application functionality
- Implement performance load and security testing using appropriate open source tools
- Analyze test results identify patterns and provide detailed defect reports with clear reproduction steps
CI/CD Integration & DevOps Collaboration:
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize test execution in automated build and deployment processes
- Implement test environment management strategies that support efficient test execution
- Develop metrics and reporting to track test coverage execution time and quality trends
- Contribute to release readiness assessments based on quality metrics and test results
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 5 years focused on test automation
- Expertlevel proficiency with open source testing tools such as Selenium Playwright Cypress RestAssured or similar frameworks
- Strong programming skills in at least one of Python Java JavaScript or TypeScript
- Extensive experience with API testing and web services testing tools
- Experience testing Salesforce NetSuite or similar enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests with tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and test management tools
- Expertise in developing datadriven and keyworddriven test frameworks
- Excellent analytical thinking problemsolving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
Note: Net suite application experience Mandate Without NetSuite Exp Profile wont be considered
