The Opportunity
- Supernova is the plugandplay creative content partnerships andproductionarm at the7stars.
- We are lookingfor aContent Leadto manage and grow the content business within Supernova.
Your Role
- You will oversee and lead all content business with a focus on building out and growing content opportunities which are a key focus given our everevolving client and agency needs.
- As Content Lead you will be responsible for guiding and developing the team around you ensuring the content output is market leading.
- You will champion all forms of content in the agency by sharing thought leadership on the topic best in class work and identifying emerging content trends and opportunities.
- Content work covers content partnerships AFPs original content/content IP (inclusive of Vodcasts YT series and social IP) and creator marketing. All for which you will be responsible for.
- You will be responsible for delivering against the Supernova business plan (which will form part of the7stars overall business plan) adhering to the vision for the team and objectives for the year ahead. You will work with the team to take actionable steps to achieve the goals set.
- You will work closely with the creative and partnership leads across the wider Supernova team; working together to deliver against Supernovas full proposition and identifying opportunities for commercial and creative collaboration.
- You will work closely with the7stars strategy and client teams to identify and sell in new content opportunities.
- You will lead any content related new business pitches inclusive of Influencer marketing and social media.
- You will have strong client servicing skills. Capable of confidently and quickly building relationships with new and existing clients across a broad portfolio of brands and range of sectors.
- You will have the freedom to develop strong strategic partnerships with an array of content partners producers and creators. You will have an eye for identifying new trends and opportunities for the team and our clients.
- You will work with teams across the agency to help define and articulate the strategic role of content in a clients comms plan and how it fits within the the7stars Gravity Planning framework.
- You will be commercially astute taking ownership of commercial forecasting identifying resourcing requirements and new revenue streams.
RequirementsExperience& attributes
- Demonstrable experience in contentenvironments (media/creative agencies or production house)
- Strong team management skills with proven experience in people development. You can demonstrate your ability to unite and motivate a team around shared goals and objectives
- Experience representing your team and agency at conferences panels and in PR
- Strong clientfacing skills and a positive track record of maintaining & growing client relationships. Ability to engage and influence at a senior level.
- Strategic & creative thinker balanced with an eye for detail and a pragmatic approach to project delivery
- Culture obsessed staying on top of trends.
- Creatively curious and instinct to challenge the status quos
- Creative eye commercial acumen agile multitasker
- Deep understanding of all content strategy
- Extensive experience in creative development and content production processes
- Experience across a wide range of clients and sectors as well as an understanding of new/growth areas
- Able to produce client proposals & presentations with accuracy and insight. Experience with measurement frameworks suitable for any proposals put forward.
- Strong leadership capabilities: natural communicator inspiring and nurturing team and agency culture
- Excellent communication presentation and management skills
