Housekeeping Warehouse Support

The role of the Housekeeping Warehouse Support is to successfully oversee the entire housekeeping operation from warehouse deliveries and housekeeping.

This role is 16 hours guaranteed each week on a flexible weekly rota covering 3 over 7 days therefore weekend availability is a must. This a fixed term contract and ends on 29/09/2025.

The fastpaced and energised environment relies on organisation and efficiency and it is important to ensure that you have a moderate level of fitness to enable you to comfortably carry out your tasks.

The role requires you to be a problem solver and be able to think on your feet. Changeovers can be high in numbers with a variety of reactive issues to solve.

Inline with business needs this role will also involves you to carry out cleaning duties. It is essential that you are able to drive and have your own vehicle as you will need to drive to and between the properties to which travel time is paid. You will need to ensure that property changeovers are carried out to a high standard maintaining a clean sanitary comfortable and tidy environment. This is a demanding job and our owners want our housekeepers to keep everything in a decorated way keeping the space safe from germs and bacteria.

To be considered for this role you MUST have:

• Full driving license and access to own vehicle (if you have a disability we will explore reasonable adjustments with you)
• Ability to work accurately and methodically
• Ability to communicate with management to ensure that the work is done promptly and effectively without compromising guest satisfaction
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

• Previous experience desirable but not essential
• Weekend availability

Day to Day .. You will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock.
• Collecting items from throughout the warehouse preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule.
• Coordinating suppliers to ensure all properties are maintained and ready for use.
• Manage the laundry process including bag preparation returned laundry sorting and stock control.
• Thoroughly cleaning the properties between guests. This includes but is not exclusive to hoovering dusting polishing. tidying.
• Running property inspections and inventory control on a rotating basis to ensure each property is inspected regularly.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are allocated and completed daily
• Coordinate the day in terms of staffing requirements and reactive issues that occur on the day
• Keep accurate stock records by carrying out stock counts as and when required.
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all health safety and environmental requirements to ensure your own and the safety of others.
  
• Required from time to time to carry out other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties
