Job Description
Project Manager
- Project Manager Installation Delivery (Construction and Fire Safety Systems)
- Attleborough Norfolk and/or Remote Working ( client site visits)
- 45000 to 50000 per year (plus an excellent company benefits package)
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Project Manager with a background in construction or fire safety systems or similar industryrelated systems where the ideal candidate will thrive on delivering complex installation projects on time on budget and to the highest standards

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing construction or fire system installation projects from starttofinish.
- Exceptional skills in planning resource coordination and financial control.
- Solid leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams and ensuring safe working practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CSCS Manager card SMSTS CDM) MAPM is a bonus.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK (and occasionally abroad) with the ability to stay overnight as required.
- Prince2 or similar is preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination Develop schedules documentation and risk assessments; liaise with clients to align on goals and timelines.
- Resource and Material Management Ensure all tools equipment and personnel are available and ready to go.
- Site Execution Oversee all phases of project delivery while managing scope changes site progress and client communications.
- Team Leadership Supervise internal teams and subcontractors ensuring competency safety compliance and high performance.
- Quality and Safety Audits Enforce site safety standards carry out audits and maintain compliance records.
- Budget Oversight Manage financial aspects including forecasting and cost control.
- Client Satisfaction Build strong relationships and deliver beyond expectations.
