French Teacher Richmond September 2025 Start
Do you love inspiring students with language culture and confidence
An ambitious secondary school in Richmond is seeking a French Teacher to join their MFL department from September 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity for a French Teacher who enjoys helping students develop strong language skills and cultural awareness. The school welcomes applications from experienced French Teachers as well as confident ECTs ready to make a real impact.
As a French Teacher you will teach across KS3 and KS4 with the option to support ALevel French for the right candidate. The department is wellresourced and led by a supportive Head of MFL who values creativity and consistency in the classroom.
The successful French Teacher will plan interactive lessons use assessments to track progress and promote the wider use of language through clubs and trips.
French Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Teach French across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 optional)
- Support students in developing speaking listening reading and writing skills
- Run or support a French enrichment club or activity
- Build strong relationships with pupils parents and staff
Person Specification:
- QTS and a French or MFLrelated degree
- Excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching
- Committed to inclusion and pupil engagement
