KONE is seeking an energetic and enthusiasticPurchase OrderCoordinatorbased in Cairo Egypt.
What will you do
Monitor purchase requisitions quality and monitor issuing of purchase orders ensuring compliance with preferred/approved suppliers correct material and supplier master data as well as efficient ordering channels
Retrieve order confirmations clarify deviations and update purchase orders accordingly
Follow up on delivery and ensure that goods received are done
Handle feedback and manage daytoday supplier issues
Ensured compliance and adherence to KONE policies and procedures
Will be acting as Process Developer and make sure governance is achieved and highlight when else also generate reporting to monitor that and report to Business.
Are You the One
Bachelors degree holder
13 years of administrative experience in procurement sourcing or supply chain
Proficiency in SAP (mandatory)
Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken)
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent communication organization and followup abilities.
