KONE is seeking an energetic and enthusiasticPurchase OrderCoordinatorbased in Cairo Egypt.

What will you do

• Monitor purchase requisitions quality and monitor issuing of purchase orders ensuring compliance with preferred/approved suppliers correct material and supplier master data as well as efficient ordering channels

• Retrieve order confirmations clarify deviations and update purchase orders accordingly

• Follow up on delivery and ensure that goods received are done

• Handle feedback and manage daytoday supplier issues

• Ensured compliance and adherence to KONE policies and procedures

• Will be acting as Process Developer and make sure governance is achieved and highlight when else also generate reporting to monitor that and report to Business.

Are You the One

• Bachelors degree holder

• 13 years of administrative experience in procurement sourcing or supply chain

• Proficiency in SAP (mandatory)

• Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken)

• Strong MS Office skills

• Excellent communication organization and followup abilities.
