What Youll Be Doing:

Leading and mentoring a team of HR professionals

Overseeing endtoend HR operations and ensuring payroll accuracy

Driving process improvements and compliance in a dynamic evolving environment

Acting as a strategic partner to the business on all things peoplerelated
Requirements:

(C2) German and excellent English communication skills

35 years of experience in a supervisory HR role including payroll in Germany

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a structured compliant environment

Strong knowledge of German labor law and payroll regulations
