Retention Agent LATAM market (Spanish Speaker)
Our Client is a globally recognized forex and CFD broker committed to delivering a worldclass trading experience. With a strong client base in Latin America we are expanding our team to better serve and retain our valued clients in the region. Were looking for a Retention Manager fluent in Spanish who understands the LATAM market and is passionate about customer engagement and longterm client success.
Responsibilities
- Respond to Customers Requests
- Assist and support existing customers while following the Companys rules and internal policies and procedures
- Establish positive business and customer relationships
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Follow all the Companys guidelines in terms of compliance regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in Forex industry as a retention agent
- Native of fluent Spanish Speaker; strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Deep understanding of the LATAM regions financial markets cultural preferences and trading behavior.
- Experience using CRM platforms
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a customerfirst mindset.
- Highly motivated Dynamic and determined personality
- Excellent communication skills
Remuneration & Benefits
