Job Description

Position Summary:

Minitab is seeking a seasoned Senior Partner Account Manager (SPAM) to build and manage a robust partner ecosystem across the Canadian region. This individual will be responsible for identifying recruiting enabling and managing resellers distributors valueadded resellers (VARs) and consultants in alignment with Minitabs global gotomarket and customer engagement strategies.

The SPAM will play a critical role in driving new and recurring revenue leading partner enablement initiatives and collaborating across direct sales and services teams to support coselling and joint gotomarket efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Recruit: Proactively identify and onboard new partners including resellers distributors and consultants aligned with Minitabs strategic goals.

  • Enable & Manage: Drive partner enablement through training certifications and strategic planning. Monitor performance and optimize partner contributions.

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute annual partner business plans to achieve/exceed $1M annual partner revenue targets.

  • CoSell & Support: Provide sales support across all industry verticals engage in customer opportunities directly when needed and cosell alongside internal teams and partners.

  • Execution: Align with global and regional gotomarket strategies and support Minitabs valuebased delivery approach.

  • Industry Engagement: Leverage expertise in Business Intelligence Statistical Analytics Six Sigma Manufacturing Automation and OPEX to drive industryspecific success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 10 years in indirect channel business development within enterprise software

    • 5 years of direct enterprise sales experience
    • Proven record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals and pipeline targets

    • Experience with multichannel ecosystems and collaborative selling models

    • Industry knowledge in BI Statistical Analytics or Manufacturing is a strong advantage

  • Education:

    • Bachelors degree required

    • Familiarity with structured valuebased or consultative sales methodologies

  • Additional Requirements:

    • Fluency in French is a significant plus

Ideal candidate will live in the greater Toronto area

Base salary: $175K CAD.

Commission: This role is eligible for a $105k CAD commission plan based on meeting performance targets with uncapped earning potential.
