This isnt your typical presales role this is your chance to be a technical product evangelist trusted partner to sales and strategic bridge between product onboarding and customer success. What Youll Own

• Be the product guru. Know CAS inside out. Demo it blindfolded. Help prospects and partners understand not just how it works but why its a gamechanger.
• Support the sales cycle and GTM strategies. From live demos to creating technical and customsrelated collatoral.
• Educate & empower. Coach customers and partners on how to adopt and maximize CAS across their organizations.
• Fuel innovation. Your insights from the field will help shape new features and product decisions directly in collaboration with our Product Board.
• Partner like a pro. Collaborate with our growing network of channel partners to cocreate solutions integrations and custom workarounds that win deals and deliver results.
• Be a connector. Link sales onboarding customer success and product development aligning teams to unlock growth.

What makes you a great fit

• 1 year in sales engineering development or presales you bridge tech and business effortlessly
• 3 years in the customs space fluent in the language of trade and compliance
• Curious by nature you dig deep to understand how things really work
• A doer with a plan you set goals deliver results

• Bilingual in English & French sharp in speech and writing
