Overview of role
The Implementation & Activation Coordinator is a critical foundational role establishing operational excellence and responsible for supporting daytoday work that delivers effective campaigns ensuring bestinclass consistent implementation optimisation and reporting.
Working very closely with your manager you will produce bestinclass solutions offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets.
The role involves the development and application of specialist technical skills.
Overview of Implementation & Activation
The Implementation & Activation team is responsible for delivering bestinclass implementation planning and activation for clients.
Our Implementation & Activation team are fully embedded within our EssenceMediacom client teams and accountable to the clients they work on.
The scope of the Implementation & Activation team covers the Implementation Planning and Activation of all media channels and touchpoints with a focus on delivering connected audiencefirst client outputs. Within the team we have some team members who work across all channels and both implementation planning & activation and others who specialise and work across a more focused scope of work (for example Performance specialists who work across Social & Search).

Role responsibilties
Clients
- Establish an understanding of client challenges objectives & initiatives.
- Help build on the agencys reputation for outstanding client service.
- Clear understanding of the inscope services of your clients and the process for completing work above and beyond.
- Begin developing relationships with clients at a junior level as it relates to activation.
- Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.
Product
- Engage with our media partners to build knowledge of the media landscape and understanding of core media principles and the capabilities of each media touchpoint.
- Engage with internal product teams including GroupM proprietary solutions teams to ensure you have an understanding about their offerings and relevance to our clients.
- Bring innovation and creativity to the table leveraging insights from across the market.
- Support the booking loading optimizing material instruction and tracking of client media campaigns in line with marketplace best practice processes and ways of working applying insightful context and immaculate attention to detail throughout.
- Support the construction of insightful and progressive post analysis reports.
- Responsible for ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy including bookings and loadings account queries and monthly proforma checks.
- Seek to find communicate and implement improvements in all aspects of the role.
- Dedicate time to selflearning through reading industry publications research papers and online courses (including Craftmasters GroupM University and MFA)
