Commercial Litigation Associate or Junior Senior Associate

- The firms litigation team is a prominent component of the firms global practice offering comprehensive legal services across various sectors. The team is wellequipped to handle complex disputes at both national and international levels.
About the role:
- Navigate complex commercial litigation class actions and defamation matters.
- Defend professional indemnity insurers in negligence claims.
- Manage corporate and regulatory disputes including shareholder and contractual disputes.
- Take ownership of files with support from senior lawyers with opportunities to mentor junior team members.
- Engage in pro bono programs if desired!
The ideal candidate:
- 36 years experience in largescale commercial litigation matters (professional indemnity lawyers seeking experience in commercial litigation are encouraged to apply also).
- Strong analytical skills and a good eye for detail.
- Capable of running files autonomously while working collaboratively.
- Commercially astute with a proactive solutionsfocused mindset.
