Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Managerto join a team. This role is integral to managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of accounts including contractors manufacturers and farm businesses. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance a proven ability to handle various account sizes and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. This position offers flexibility with options for remote hybrid or in-office work arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business alongside a team of three professionals.
- Handle renewals quoting and new business processes.
- Collaborate with support staff for administrative tasks such as certificates of insurance.
- Provide exceptional service to clients in the contractors manufacturers and farm sectors.
- Utilize EZLynx software for account management.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all account-related tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; 5 years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx or willingness to be trained.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills attention to detail excellent communication abilities and a client-focused mindset.
