The Home and Location: Tantula Rise is a 120 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast QLD
About the Opportunity: As an Activities Officer you will provide and facilitate group and individual leisure and recreational activities.
- Assist with the design delivery and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents
- Coordinate engaging individual and group activities and therapies
- Ensure recreational activities therapies and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts legal and ethical standards
About You
To be successful you will bring your positivity and a genuine passion for the Aged Care Sector as well as
- Min Cert 3 in Individual Support (essential)
- Previous experience in Aged Care
- An understanding of personcentred care
- Australian Working Rights
