We are seeking a highly experienced Depot Manager to establish and manage operations in Angola. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the Angolan market particularly in logistics heavy equipment or yellow machines with a significant background in dealing with the mining sector. This role demands a strategic leader who can oversee operations finance and business development while managing clients and staff effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Engineering or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in the Angolan market with a focus on logistics heavy equipment or yellow machines.
- Proven track record in dealing with mining sector operations in Lunda Sul and Lunda Norte Provinces Angola.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operations finances and business development initiatives.
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional strategic planning and leadership abilities.
- Strong understanding of local regulations market dynamics and industry trends in Angola.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous.
