Job Description

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Product Manager Distributor Portal in Suwanee GA.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Controls Experience and Integration Product Team supports Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVACs sales operations by delivering bestinclass digital products and services including customer web portals integration platforms and data analytics solutions for business partners and distributors. The Product Management Team leads the endtoend development of these digital experiencescollaborating closely with internal and external software data and engineering teams as well as manufacturing and technology partners to deliver robust solutions directly to the market.

As a Product Manager for the B2B Portal you will drive the strategy planning and execution of our nextgeneration portal designed to empower our customers and partners with rich data seamless integration across SAP Salesforce and Snowflake and intuitive digital workflows. This role requires close collaboration with crossfunctional agile teams stakeholder engagement and direct contribution to product vision and continuous improvement. Managing and incorporating continuous improvement methodologiessuch as LEAN UX and Agile best practiceswill be central to delivering bestinclass web portal experiences that meet business goals and exceed customer expectations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The essential functions of the position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Act as a primary liaison between METUS sales marketing UX product management operations development testing teams and customers.

  • Coordinate and oversee product releases and major launches to ensure smooth integration into business operations.

  • Engage with customers to gather requirements define new features user stories and establish acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with the SCRUM team to establish realistic development timelines and deliverables.

  • Partner with product marketing to develop and execute effective communication strategies for market entry.

  • Train and enable support teams to ensure a high level of customer success and satisfaction.

  • Identify document and prioritize system issues and facilitate timely resolution.

  • Support product testing and ensure compliance with market and regulatory requirements during new product introductions.

  • Manage projects effectively within established timelines and budget constraints.

  • Align internal and external resources to ensure the achievement of product and business goals.

  • Willing to travel up to 20% to for various Company meetings and training.

  • Hybrid onsite/remote location.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Computer Science Information Science Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.

  • 3 years experience in software product management or related field.

  • Agile Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading agile projects from inception to completion ensuring delivery within established scope timeline and quality standards.

  • CrossFunctional Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with developers designers business stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated digital solutions.

  • Technical Acumen: Proficiency understanding and integrating enterprise platforms such as SAP (ERP) Salesforce (CRM) and Snowflake (data analytics).

  • B2B Web Portal Experience: Handson experience managing or developing enterprise/B2B web portals ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

  • Requirements Gathering & Translation: Strong skills in eliciting business needs from diverse stakeholders and translating them into actionable product requirements and user stories.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills for liaising among technical teams business users and executive leadership to ensure project transparency and alignment.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Adept at identifying tracking and mitigating risks and removing impediments to ensure smooth project progress.

  • Continuous Improvement Orientation: Track record of driving process enhancements leveraging methodologies like LEAN UX and agile best practices.

  • User Experience Advocacy: Commitment to delivering intuitive efficient and valuable solutions that address the needs of customers distributors and partners.

  • DataDriven Decision Making: Ability to analyze relevant KPIs and product analytics to inform strategy feature prioritization and continuous improvement.

  • Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record.

  • Team player demonstrating METUS core values including a desire to win together deliver excellence drive sustainability focus on execution and learn continuously.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $111200 and $152900 however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Companysponsored medical dental vision and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employees eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year 56 hours of paid sick leave annually and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year depending on hire date. Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid parental/disability/emergency/etc. leave if eligible.
