Job Description
Best Line Equipment is currently seeking a Service Writer at our Harrisburg PA location. Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with customers through successful management of product or service delivery.
- Schedule/track repairs and their causes and process warranties.
- Log customers requests for repairs and allocate what parts are needed and the time required to make the repair.
- Convey information to both the customer and the service manager in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for managing and sorting customer profile information.
- File details of inquiries and needed parts pricing and labor estimates then compile the estimated price for the repairs and the final bill.
- Conduct followups with customers.
- Work one (1) Saturday per month.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Mechanical background and basic computer skills are preferred but not required.
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean driving record
