Electric Power Engineers is in search of a Legal Operations Analyst who can work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance for Statements of Work Work Orders Change Orders and other agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Howyou can make an impact:

  • Reviewing Contract Terms & Agreements: Analyze and revise various types of contracts including vendor agreements customer contracts NDAs service agreements and partnership agreements ensuring they meet EPEs needs and comply with legal requirements.
  • Contract Execution & Administration Oversee contract lifecycle management ensuring timely approvals execution and adherence to obligations.
  • Maintaining Documentation and Records: Keep detailed records of all contractrelated documents and correspondence maintaining an organized system of physical and digital contract records.
  • Risk Assessment/Compliance: Assess potential risks within contract terms and Monitor compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations. Propose appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimization initiatives within the contract administration and management function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Innovation:Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying up to date with contract management software and artificial intelligence trends. Utilize technology and tools to analyze data and provide meaningful insights to support decisionmaking.
  • Process Optimization & Technology Integration Leverage contract management software and AIpowered tools to enhance efficiency and improve decisionmaking.
  • Collaboration: Partner with crossfunctional teams including finance operations and legal departments to resolve inquiries and challenges providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Technology Savvy: Ability to create efficiencies utilizing AI or other tools.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law corporate law and regulatory compliance.
  • Detail and ProcessOriented: Experienced in improving and standardizing agreements and contract management processes balancing speed and agility with internal controls and risk management.
  • SelfDriven and Entrepreneurial: Willing to step outside of role where needed to support the companys needs; thrives in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills: Acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent Organizational Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously: Thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Collaborative: Ability to work with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Legal or Contract Management software.
