Job Description
Stephens College invites applications for parttime (adjunct) instructors for the following courses in our Fashion program:
FAS 232 Digital Photoshop & Illustrator is an introductory course focused on image editing and digital illustration for fashion.
Courses are 3 credit hours and scheduled on our new block system in which courses meet daily for 3.5 weeks for approximately 3 hours per day. FAS 232 is scheduled for Block 2 (Sept. 22 Oct. 15).
Please see separate job postings for FAS 325 Computer Applications CLO focused on 3D digital fashion designs and prototypes using CLO software which is scheduled for Block 4 (Nov 17 Dec 17).
- M.A. MFA or PhD in Fashion or related discipline.
- Expertise in design software and web applications.
- Strong commitment to undergraduate education.
- Portfolio of work showcasing technical proficiency.
- Candidates with previous collegiate teaching experience are preferred.
