Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
Visionist has an exciting upcoming opportunity for a Database Systems Engineer on our PRIME contract. You will be joining an exciting mission centered around providing visualization and presentation services for the prototyping development and production of analytic tools. The team is responsible for reverse engineering 40 databases to create a universal model database so that data can be sorted found and analyzed efficiently. You will work on a small team to provide impactful contributions to a supportive customer. If you like this type of work environment then this is the place for you!

Your contributions are
Document entity relationships data dictionaries system interfaces and data flows
Work with developers business analysts and other stakeholders to document existing workflows and recommend optimizations to the platform and workflows based on user needs

Requirements for your new career
Bachelors degree in computer science Systems Engineering or related field. (Additional 5 years of experience may substitute degree)
7 years of experience in systems engineering
Experience with database design and modeling
Experience utilizing SQL within relational database systems (e.g. Oracle Postgres)
Experience reverse engineering systems in both frontend and backend capacities
Experience with data analysis and visualization data normalization and cleansing and data security
