About the Opportunity:
Gear Inc. is seeking skilled Thaispeaking Python engineers to support the development and training of cuttingedge Generative AI (GenAI) models. This position is flexible in both hours and work arrangement offering remote opportunities for candidates passionate about coding and AI innovation.
Responsibility:
Design and answer Pythonbased technical questions to train GenAI models.
Review and rank AIgenerated Python code focusing on accuracy readability and performance.
Collaborate with the training team to improve AI understanding of core programming principles.
Desired Expertise:
Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field from a selective institution.
Strong proficiency in Python with a deep understanding of algorithms data structures and best coding practices.
Nativelevel fluency in Thai and the ability to communicate in English.
Ability to explain complex Python concepts clearly and concisely.
High attention to detail including grammar logic and adherence to code style guidelines.
Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of JavaScript.
Working Location: Remotely Parttime/Freelance
