What Youll Do in This Role
As a Customer Support Agent you will:
Be the voice of the company and the primary contact for customers
Provide support to Germanspeaking customers through phone email chat and social media
Assist merchants with questions and inquiries about products and services
Continuously work to improve processes that increase customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with departments like Sales and Marketing
Join a diverse international and multilingual team
What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate:
Is fluent in Italian (C1) and has advanced English skills (B2)
Possesses strong communication skillsfriendly patient and customerfocused
Shows high empathy and is dedicated to excellent customer service
Can manage escalations and resolve complex issues efficiently
Has prior experience in customer support and is comfortable with omnichannel platforms (phone chat email)
Approaches challenges with curiosity persistence and a problemsolving mindset
Is wellorganized and remains calm under pressure
Is proficient with smartphones tablets and computers
