A Project Technical Head oversees and directs daily operations at construction sites ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently according to the contract budgets deadlines and standards. Their responsibilities typically include delegating tasks handling the funds preparing site reports liaising with clients and engineers setting objectives and guidelines and monitoring the progress of all operations resolving issues should any arise. Moreover he will represent SPI by handling inter department PCM SCM CAD QAU TP and Survey Team to reach goals while implementing the construction sites safety policies and standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment for everyone.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan review with all SPI inter department
Strategize a system in operational project implementation and monitoring
Plan implement and monitor the construction regional operational strategy
Set goals and objectives for projects in the area or region Oversee operations to ensure efficiency and output on the project
Recruit and hire new technically capable and qualified team members
Set up and monitor KPIs and OKRs making sure to achieve company objectives and targets Ensure compliance with the companys policies and operational guidelines
Deal with customers complains and concerns
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement Create reports for upper management
Oversee Project managers and Project incharge Collaborates with all SPI interdepartments (PMO PCM TP Cad SCM QAU and Survey)
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Must be a Licensed Professional (Passed PRC Board Exam or equivalent)
PMP Certification is an advantage
Minimum of 15 years experience in project management
