Coordinate daytoday project/task operations schedules and team updates.
Act as the liaison between departments teams and stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation meeting notes and progress reports.
Follow up on action items deliverables and deadlines.
Help prepare presentations status updates and reports for internal use.
Monitor project/task timelines and escalate any delays or risks to the project manager.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Project Management or related fields.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Knowledge in Excel Words Powerpoint.
Proactive detailoriented and a team player.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
