About the Job:
Our client is catering to both local and international clientele. We undertake inbound tour operations which is focused on creating tailormade and curated travel experiences to Sri Lanka. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead our Inbound Tour Operations team and drive excellence in delivering exceptional travel services
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to boost revenue and attract more tourists.
- Oversee daily operations of inbound tour management.
- Manage tour accommodation ticketing transportation sightseeing coordination and itinerary customization.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for customer needs and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze performance prepare regular and adhoc reports.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage relationships with regional corporate and international clients.
- Stay updated on tourism regulations trends and industry news.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Inbound Tour Operations with at least 2 years at Managerial Level.
- Bachelors Degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Management or related field.
- Indepth knowledge of inbound tourism industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of destinations trends products & services.
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using travelrelated software and platforms.
- Policyoriented and strong decisionmaking capabilities.
- Good proficiency in English both verbal and written. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
