About the Role
Our client is looking for a talented Senior Designer & Art Director to lead and inspire their creative team overseeing highimpact design for them. This role plays a critical part in shaping their brands visual identity and communication strategy primarily in real estate and lifestyle sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
Team Direction & Leadership (50%)
- Provide direction to the creative team to ensure work is delivered onbrand ontime and at the highest quality standards.
- Ensure briefs are clear and actionable helping designers develop strong outputs.
- Mentor and guide the creative team while empowering them to make decisions.
- Collaborate with Brand Manager and Strategists to manage timelines and resources effectively.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to review and refine all creative outputs.
- Contribute to internal training and skills development for the creative team.
Communication Strategy (35%)
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to develop impactful creative concepts.
- Attend client and stakeholder meetings to present design solutions aligned with brand goals.
- Stay informed on visual cultural and digital trends to inspire the team and ensure our design work remains relevant and forwardthinking.
- Integrate user experience and interaction design thinking into communication strategies.
- Uphold brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints events and campaigns.
- Support senior leadership with input on overall company creative direction.
Production & Quality Control (15%)
- Work with Art Director and Production team to review samples and outputs for creative quality.
- Research and pilot new tools and technologies that could enhance design impact.
Main Requirements:
- 10 years in design roles with at least 3 years leading creative teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor designers and work across departments.
- Experience with the Cambodian market preferred; exposure to real estate or architecture sectors is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Capture One and Figma/Adobe XD.
- Strong grasp of branding UX/UI design motion graphics editorial layout and print production.
- Comfortable organizing editable files for collaboration and handover.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related creative field.
- Strong aesthetic judgment attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
