Where does this role fit in
As a Junior Technology Delivery Partner youll support the delivery of technology applications services and products that truly meet user needs. Working closely with the Senior Technology Delivery Partner youll learn how to gather user stories define requirements and guide projects from idea to implementation. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in digital delivery and make a real impact.
Newport Cardiff or Swansea Base.

Essential Experience and Skills:
- Experience in a role aligned to a technology product such as a superuser or goto SME.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Desirable Experience and Skills:
- Understanding of user story gathering and usercentred design.
- Knowledge of change management principles and continuous development practices.
- Experience working with software and web technologies.
- Familiarity with systems like Freshservice and Azure DevOps.
- Skills in Dynamics
- Previous employment in the housing sector.
