Meet PayTo
PayTo is shaking up how money moves in Australia. Its an accounttoaccount payment product built on the New Payments Platform and its set to replace Direct Debit. Faster smarter payments for everything from rental payments to payroll. Weve got big plans and a bold roadmap and we need someone just as ambitious to help make it happen.
The Role
Were on the hunt for a Senior Product Manager to take PayTo to the next level. Youll help build better experiences drive adoption and work across AP to tie it all together. This is a chance to shape something that genuinely matters in the world of payments.
Core Product Management
- Identify opportunities to improve product operations and collaborate with Operations Risk and Compliance teams to address them.
- Work with banks payment service providers and merchants to enhance customer experience and shape best practices.
- Explore opportunities to integrate PayTo with other AP solutions such as ConnectID.
- Monitor key product metrics including transaction volumes pricing and performance in partnership with the Data team.
- Proactively manage productrelated risks in coordination with the Compliance Risk and Fraud teams.
Gotomarket
- Develop and implement strategies to grow PayTo adoption among NPP participants and payment initiators.
- Provide support to the Commercial team through the creation of training resources and gotomarket materials.
- Represent AP in discussions with regulators industry bodies financial institutions and service providers.
- Collaborate with external partners to transition Direct Entry use cases to PayTo in effective and sustainable ways
Proposed Position Requirements are:
Youre someone who:
- Brings strong experience in product management or strategy within the payments industry.
- Possesses deep knowledge of payment systems especially in corporate and B2B environments.
- Excels at stakeholder engagement and clear communication.
- Demonstrates a proactive executionfocused approach to product development.
- Is driven by the opportunity to create impactful financial infrastructure.
