Casa Counseling is a division of Casa de la Familia a psychological counseling agency specializing in traumainformed care. Our mission is to ensure longlasting mental health success for individuals impacted by psychological trauma. Through partnerships with social service agencies police departments victim advocates and more we provide culturally competent and evidencebased care to individuals and families.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking compassionate skilled Licensed Psychologists to join our team. This position involves delivering traumainformed clinical services and providing supervision to doctoratelevel trainees. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in trauma treatment a collaborative mindset and a passion for helping clients achieve mental health success.

Who Youll Work With:
As a Licensed Psychologist you will:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including clinical supervisors case managers and other clinicians.
• Receive weekly consultations with your assigned clinical supervisor.
• Work alongside a case manager who supports administrative tasks to enhance client care.

Responsibilities:

In Your First 90 Days You Will:

• Conduct intake assessments and individual family and group therapy sessions for assigned caseloads.
• Become proficient in Casa Counselings platforms ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Learn to navigate and leverage resources to provide the best services for your clients.

Within Your First 6 Months You Will:

• Build trust with clients and establish yourself as a valued member of the Casa Counseling team.
• Explore opportunities to contribute to Casa Counselings growth such as developing blog content social media contributions or other innovative services.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Working with individuals who have experienced trauma.
• Diagnosing mental health conditions and creating treatment plans.
• Maintaining thorough and compliant clinical documentation.

Qualities:

• A proactive gogetter attitude with a passion for serving the community.
• Strong accountability and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care.
• Willingness to learn and grow with guidance from clinical supervisors.

What You Need to Have:

• Active licensure as a Psychologist in California.
• Bilingual proficiency (preferred but not required).

Compensation:

• $44 $50 per session (per diem) based on experience in treating trauma diagnosing treatment planning and salary increases.
