Sales and Marketing Director Senior Living Community

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Directorin Senior Living in Hillsboro OR.
This is a fulltime permanent salaried position with a trusted senior living operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary depending on experience as well as a lucrative commission plan. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business Marketing or Healthcare
- 2 years of experience in luxury sales Senior Living Assisted Living Healthcare or Marketing/Hospitality experience preferred
- Current and valid drivers license
- Excellent skills in communication organization and relationshipbuilding
- Prior experience as a Director of Marketing or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out prospective residents and families for assisted living services and grow community census.
- Create implement and follow through on events to increase prospective residents to the community.
- Provide the highest level of customer service including building the prospect CRM database responding to inquiries generating tours and performing purposeful followup.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals clinics and other referral sources
