Under direction supervision performs manual labor and routine clerical record keeping tasks when storing shipping packing or shredding recipient case records or files received from various offices of the Department of Human Services; maintains updated records of cases received shipped stored or purged; indicates name number and date of action taken and by whose authorization.
Receives inventories and organizes all material to be stored.
Lift and removes files and case records from storage up to 50lbs that are to be destroyed.
Fills requests for files and case records from various department offices scans and uploads case materials into electronic case record.
Performs other duties as assigned or required which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerate above.
Requires knowledge skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years high school.
Requires ability to lift over 50lbs.
