A dynamic and growing ABA organization is seeking a Director of ABA Operations to lead and integrate its departmental teams streamline workflows and ensure clinical and administrative excellence. This is a handson leadership role suited for a highly capable operator with ABA experience who thrives on organization accountability and calm execution. The right candidate will not just manage departmentsbut drive performance lead by example and help build the foundation for expansion into multistate services.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee department supervisors across placement care coordination billing authorizations clinical and IT
Identify operational weaknesses and step in to provide guidance or handson support as needed
Develop and implement streamlined workflows to ensure efficient highquality service
- Cultivate a calm accountable and motivated work culture
Partner with ownership to develop and execute growth strategies including outofstate expansion
Drive technology adoption and maximize use of operational platforms and apps
