What You Will Do:
Manage THCI and align with CHI to move forward strategy this includes:
Work to build and maintain networks of organizations including communitybased organizations communities of faith and other key
stakeholders (government leaders and community influencers).
Communicate grant making strategies and priorities through education presentation etc.
Oversee grantmaking program and processes to include the application process forms timeline and reporting requirements and
make appropriate changes as needed.
Provide support and technical assistant to Community Impact grantees within assigned region (35).
Communicate and engage with Texas Health entities in region.
Program implementation or support of projects funded from external sources as appropriate.

Support Community Health Improvement system initiative including CHNA CTO Clinic Connect etc by:
Coordinate in partnership with CHI and system analysts to collect and report THCI and other appropriate programmatic data for CHI dashboards KPM/KPI reporting and corresponding annual reports.
Community Time Off initiation alignment with THCI grantees and management of strategic systemwide events.
Grant management of Clinic Connect projects funded by entities along with corresponding reporting. Alignment of clinic connect relationships with THCI grantees and efforts.

In alignment with CHI regional teams address prioritized social determinants of health through THCI region specific programs and collaborate with community resources to implement processes that promote healthy outcomes. 10%
Active community engagement as demonstrated by regular attendance at community events meetings and participation in advisory committees. Share the THCI narrative to increase visibility and relevance. Connect strategic relationships such as government connections and regional stakeholders to THCI Director. 10%
Ensure cross functional integration of THCI efforts across CHI Community Affairs Brand Experience and other THR assets as appropriate. Engage in special projects that align with Vision 2026 as assigned. 10%
What You Need:
Education
Bachelors Degree Public Health Health Administration Business Administration Nursing or relevant field. Req And
Masters Degree Public Health Health Administration Business Administration Nursing or relevant field.

4 Years With a Bachelors degree Grant making or fund raising experience desired. Experience working with executives. Req or
